The Perry Village Council will hold a public hearing to consider the approved recommendation from the Planning Commission to amend the Zoning Code to include data centers as a permitted use within the I – Industrial District.
The hearing will take place on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Perry Village Hall, 3758 Center Rd, Perry, OH 44081.
The proposed amendment and all supporting documentation are available for public review at the Village Hall during regular business hours.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend and may submit comments in writing or in person at the hearing.
