The Village of Perry Council will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Hall at 3758 Center Rd., Perry, OH 44081 on Thursday, September 18 at 6:00 PM to consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission to amend 890 OV-OVERLAY (MIXED USE) DISTRICT I of the Village of Perry Zoning Code. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and may submit comments in writing or in person at the hearing. The proposed amendment is available for review at the Village Hall.
