The Village of Perry Council will hold a Special Council Meeting on Thursday, April 23 at 6:00 PM solely to enter into an Executive Session to consider confidential information related to the marketing plans, specific business strategy, production techniques, trade secrets, or personal financial statements of an applicant for economic development assistance, or to negotiations with other political subdivisions respecting requests for economic development assistance pursuant to ORC Section 121.22(G)(8).
UPDATE: All discussions related to items above will now be in Regular Public Session; there will be no public comment during this meeting. This meeting will be held at Perry Local Schools, Manchester West, 4261 Manchester Rd. Please use detour Center Road to Middle Ridge Road to Call Road to avoid bridge closure.
