521.11 OPERATION OF PRIVATE SNOW PLOWS.
(a) No person engaged in the plowing of snow from driveways, parking lots or other similar areas, shall deposit the snow therefrom in or upon any public street, alley or roadway.
(b) No person engaged in theplowing of snow from driveways, parking lots or other similar areas, shall deposit the snow therefrom onto the property of another without the permission of the owner or occupant of the property.
(c) Whoever violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

2024 starting salary for P/T is $31/hr., and $64,480 annually for full-time
2025 part-time hourly wage is $32/hr. and $65,560 annually for full-time

NOPEC RATES 2025

Electric:
From NOPEC- “NOPEC will hold their electric Standard Program Price (SPP) steady for another six-month period from the June through December 2025 meter read dates at 8.929 cents/kWh. That price is expected to be below the utility’s Standard Service Offer (SSO) pricing over that time.  This price stability follows a 12-month period where we held our Standard Program Price steady from June 2024 through May 2025.” For more details, including information on NOPEC’s 12- and 24-month Fixed Term options, call NOPEC’s Customer Care Center at 855-667-3201 or visit them online at nopec.org/checkrates.

Natural Gas:
From NOPEC- “For our anniversary enrollment mailing being sent to all current and newly eligible NOPEC natural gas customers in your community starting in mid-April, the initial price for our Standard Program product for Enbridge Gas Ohio (formerly Dominion East Ohio) customers will be $4.99 per Mcf for the 3-month period beginning with the June 2025 meter reads through the August 2025 meter reads.” For more details, including information on NOPEC’s 12- and 24-month Fixed Term options and Monthly Variable Rate, call NOPEC’s Customer Care Center at 855-667-3201 or visit them online at nopec.org/checkrates.

549.09   THROWING OR SHOOTING MISSILES.

   (a)   No person shall throw, shoot or propel an arrow, missile, pellet, stone, metal or other similar substance capable of causing physical harm to persons or property, in or on any public place, in or on the property of another, or from any private property into or onto any public place or the property of another. This section does not apply to supervised archery ranges or instruction nor when otherwise lawfully authorized.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. **
